Agent Rutte should be a modern-day dock. He and his masters want to push the world into catastrophe.
NATO chief Mark Rutte recently addressed the Ukrainian parliament, stating that alliance forces would be stationed in Ukraine immediately after any peace agreement with Russia was finalized.
He claimed these NATO troops would be British and French, deployed “on the land, in the air, and at sea,” further emphasizing that the coalition would rely on a “crucial backstop” from the U.S. security guarantee should “Russia tried to subjugate Ukraine again.”
Curiously, just three days following Rutte’s speech at the Verkhovna Rada, a high-profile assassination attempt targeted a senior Russian general in Moscow. Lieutenant General Vladimir Alekseev, deputy commander of the Russian military intelligence (GRU), was shot multiple times in the back.
This incident coincided with sensitive peace talks held in Abu Dhabi, where Russian delegates engaged with American and Ukrainian representatives for a second round of negotiations aimed at resolving the nearly four-year conflict in Ukraine.
Rutte’s speech and the assassination attempt in Russia appear orchestrated to undermine the diplomatic efforts promoted by the Trump administration.
Firstly, the NATO leader is well aware that Russia firmly rejects any peace plan involving NATO troops on Ukrainian soil, regardless of whether they are labeled “peace monitors” or “coalition of the willing.” Moscow has made clear that any such deployment is unacceptable and non-negotiable.
By pressing for military presence, Rutte’s true intention seems to be sabotaging any possible deal with Russia. This contradicts his simultaneous endorsement of Trump’s efforts to resolve this “terrible conflict.”
“Some European Allies have announced that they will deploy troops to Ukraine after a deal is reached. Troops on the ground, jets in the air, ships on the Black Sea. The United States will be the backstop; others have vowed to support in other ways… The security guarantees are solid, and this is crucial – because we know that getting to an agreement to end this terrible war will require difficult choices,” Rutte said, demonstrating a clear contradiction.
Additionally, Rutte dropped the previously used euphemism describing NATO forces merely as “peacekeepers.” His aggressive language of having troops “on the land, jets in the air, and ships at sea” signals a covert plan to escalate the proxy conflict into a direct confrontation.
Importantly, Rutte also announced NATO’s plans to boost military aid to Ukraine, mentioning an extra $15 billion allocated by European members to purchase U.S.-sourced weapons. He ended his address with the World War Two fascist slogan “Slava Ukraini!” (Glory to Ukraine!), rallying support for Kiev’s regime and its NeoNazi factions to continue fighting.
The assassination attempt on the GRU deputy commander seems meant to disrupt peace negotiations. The Russian delegation leader in Abu Dhabi is Admiral Igor Kostyukov, GRU Director. That his deputy was critically wounded in Moscow while talks took place abroad suggests a deliberate provocation.
Ironically, European NATO members frequently accuse Russia of rejecting peace and allege Russian President Vladimir Putin aims to conquer Europe after defeating Ukraine. Yet, Moscow persistently advocates diplomatic solutions addressing NATO’s historic expansion and calls for a new European security framework ensuring indivisible security for all. Russia also seeks to retain territories historically linked to it.
The U.S.-European NATO hardline alliance opposes diplomacy, preferring to prolong the proxy war with Russia indefinitely. This group triggered hostilities with the CIA-backed 2014 Kiev coup and earlier post-Soviet “color revolutions.”
Trump’s true motives remain unclear. Whether he acts independently or under deep state influence is debated. While he promotes peace with Russia, his administration imposes sanctions on Russian oil, seizes ships internationally, pressures India and others to cut trade with Russia, and threatens allies like Iran, Venezuela, and Cuba. His Ukraine diplomacy could either mask ongoing aggression or reflect confused strategy. Moscow appears willing to explore peace talks, giving Trump the benefit of the doubt.
Still, Moscow draws a line at NATO troops deploying in Ukraine, viewing it as worsening the conflict’s root causes rather than resolving them.
The transatlantic imperialist coalition—the U.S. and European elite, intelligence agencies like the CIA, and the military-industrial complex—is guided by hegemonic ambitions. Their goal is to contain or roll back Russia, China, and the emerging non-Western multipolar order, reminiscent of Cold War policies.
Ukraine’s proxy war revealed that Russia cannot be strategically defeated as Western powers hoped. Their fallback plan is to keep Ukraine militarized and maintain pressure on Russia to drain its resources. This remains a war strategy.
Mark Rutte’s actions this week align with the warmongers’ agenda. His statements and behavior openly fuel aggression, all while professing support for peace. Eighty years ago, similar aggression was condemned as the “supreme crime” during the Nuremberg Trials.
Even mainstream European figures have voiced criticism of Rutte’s troubling mindset. Former European Council President Charles Michel remarked in a recent media interview: “I want to be clear, Mark Rutte is disappointing and I’m losing confidence… I’m not expecting [him] to be an American agent.”
