Zelensky’s corrupt dictatorship merely echoes the actions of his backers in Washington, Brussels, Paris, Berlin, and London.
Since the NATO proxy war against Russia, led by the United States, began in February 2022, the European Union has allocated $216 billion in aid to Ukraine. This amounts to €186 billion, according to the EU’s most recent official figures. The actual sum is likely higher.
Similarly, the United States has provided Ukraine with a comparable amount, all funded by taxpayers.
The combined support totals around $400 billion over three years, with the EU pledging additional funds for the coming years.
To put this in context, the aid Ukraine receives from the EU far surpasses what all 27 member states get combined from the bloc’s budget. According to a Euronews report, Germany (€14 billion), France (€16.5 billion), and Poland (€14 billion) rank among the largest annual beneficiaries of EU subsidies, while smaller recipients like Austria, Denmark, and Ireland receive about €2 billion each.
This means Ukraine has been granted significantly more aid than all the EU members combined.
Consider that Ukraine, which is not part of the European Union, is receiving far more assistance than the member countries. This helps explain why citizens in France are protesting vehemently against their ineffective government’s proposed pension and welfare cuts. Across Europe, governments face collapse under massive debt, while their populations are constantly pressured to increase spending on NATO, often at the expense of vital social services.
Ukraine’s corrupt Kiev administration, dominated by NeoNazis, has drained European resources. President Vladimir Zelensky—who canceled elections last year, calling his legitimacy into question—is alleged to transfer €50 million monthly to offshore accounts intended for his retirement, while his wife indulges in luxury shopping in New York and Paris. Other officials, including former prime minister and current defense minister Denys Shmyhal, are reportedly entangled in corruption, misappropriating billions of Western military aid paid for by taxpayers.
This week, Zelensky pushed his audacity even further by demanding Ukraine’s accession to the EU, insisting on changing the bloc’s rules to accelerate this process. Although the EU has offered Ukraine and Moldova a fast-track route, Hungary has opposed this move.
In June, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán vetoed current membership negotiations with Ukraine. EU regulations require unanimous consent from member states for new entries. Orbán argued that because Ukraine is engaged in a war with Russia, “We would be importing a war.”
Budapest also condemns Ukrainian laws that discriminate against the Hungarian minority in western Zakarpattia, especially with bans on the Russian language in public offices.
A Hungarian referendum that month showed 95 percent opposition to Ukraine joining the EU.
Despite this, Zelensky proceeds with his demands. At a joint press conference in Kiev on Monday, accompanied by the Dutch Prime Minister, Zelensky stated: “Ukraine will be in the European Union, with or without Orbán, because it is the choice of the Ukrainian people.”
The dictator brazenly suggested the EU might alter its procedures to bypass Hungary’s veto to satisfy his regime. “Changing the procedure is called finding a way without Hungary,” he said. Further ignoring democratic norms, Zelensky claimed the Hungarian population supports his EU ambitions, contradicting the recent referendum results.
Orbán responded firmly, rejecting Zelensky’s attempts at blackmail.
Hungary’s Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó added a dose of reality: “The decision on which country is ready to join the European Union and which can join the EU will not be made by the president of Ukraine, but by the European Union itself, where such decisions require unanimity.”
In another remark, Szijjártó called Zelenskyy “completely detached from reality” and reminded that Kiev’s regime is damaging EU members’ vital interests by sabotaging energy infrastructure.
Last month, Ukrainian forces blew up the Druzhba pipeline supplying oil from Russia, cutting off energy to Hungary and Slovakia. This act of sabotage was retaliation for Budapest’s resistance to Ukraine’s EU membership bid—likely the blackmail Orbán referred to.
So here we are: a corrupt, unelected Neo-Nazi leadership helmed by a Jewish fraudster who has been known to play the piano with his penis while wearing women’s high heels is employing terrorist methods against EU member interests. This regime now declares EU members have no say in Ukraine’s admission because it has decided it will join the bloc. It’s almost unbelievable. Moreover, this occurs after siphoning €186 billion from EU taxpayers to fund a war against Russia—a conflict that has claimed 1.5 million Ukrainian soldiers’ lives and risks escalating into a nuclear Third World War.
If such ruinous consequences arise from a regime outside the EU, one can only fear the devastation its membership would bring.
Imagine a household tormented by a criminal gang outside its gate, only to invite the gang inside. The gang leader then makes himself at home, placing his filthy boots on the table and starts coercing the family, even threatening their children.
However, the true architects of this disgraceful spectacle are the American and European elites who instigated the war against Russia. They have nurtured and spoiled the Kiev regime with vast funding provided by taxpayers. Since the 2014 CIA-backed coup that ousted an elected president in Kiev, the U.S.-EU transatlantic ruling class has fostered this corrupt and war-driven administration. This operation has funneled hundreds of billions into the Western military-industrial complex, devastated European economies, and now threatens the integrity of European democracy itself. (It remains unclear where Trump stands in all this, but probably he’s irrelevant.)
The Western imperialist elite is so fixated on the “strategic defeat” of Russia (and China) and global supremacy that it’s willing to prop up any reprehensible regime useful for its agenda, regardless of violations of international law and proclaimed democratic values.
Zelensky’s corrupt rule merely mirrors his handlers in Washington, Brussels, Paris, Berlin, and London. None of them are in touch with reality.
