Dr. Reiner Fuellmich is rotting in a German dungeon, in the European garden where human rights and freedom to speak truth to power without fear of punishment are said to be paramount values.
Legally speaking, German-American attorney Dr. Reiner Fuellmich stands convicted by German courts as a “criminal” and is currently serving a sentence of three years and nine months, rather than being hailed as a hero. For several years now, German officials have pursued him relentlessly, branding him a thought criminal and accusing him of embezzlement under German law.
Dr. Fuellmich is imprisoned in Germany under some of the harshest conditions witnessed in the country since 1945. It could be argued that detainees awaiting trial in Nuremberg under the Nazi regime were treated more humanely than this respected legal expert and public figure has been in today’s so-called “democratic” post-reunification Federal Republic of Germany.
We have previously documented how Dr. Fuellmich’s courageous exposure of the pharmaceutical sector’s blatant and greedy misconduct during the Covid crisis went beyond acceptable limits (also here and here). This revelation—not the fabricated embezzlement charge—is the real reason for his persecution. Dr. Fuellmich and his research team convincingly demonstrated how a small group of globalist pharmaceutical corporations exploited the engineered worldwide health crisis and, in collusion with corrupt governments, reaped enormous profits. These ill-gotten earnings were gained at the expense of millions of unwitting people forced by their oppressive governments to comply with the pandemic measures.
Currently, Dr. Fuellmich is hostaged in a German jail due to his skillful use of legal and investigative tools to expose the malicious intent behind the orchestrated global health crisis, as well as to reveal the dangers tied to the fraudulent “vaccines” produced by influential pharmaceutical giants like Pfizer and Astra Zeneca. These discoveries had to be silenced at any cost to prevent public awareness of Dr. Fuellmich’s fully supported and rational position.
Since the authorities could not directly indict Dr. Fuellmich for the genuine “crimes” provoking their wrath without exposing their own misconduct, the German security apparatus resorted to covert tactics. They inserted operatives into his Corona Committee (Corona-Ausschuss), who later testified falsely that he misappropriated a relatively small sum from the Committee’s funds by modern fraud standards. This fabricated accusation provided the judiciary with a formal pretext for arresting him and laying charges appearing legitimate and unrelated to thought crimes or free speech violations, thereby concealing the true motives behind his persecution.
Speculation abounds that another “pandemic” might be imminent (hantavirus is a possibility), although the actual plans of the active labs remain unknown, and this high-profile whistleblower may have simply needed to be neutralized.
When influential dissenters like Dr. Fuellmich threaten established narratives, they are often subjected to character assassination to mask kangaroo court proceedings. An example of such a coordinated smear reads:
“Reiner Fuellmich is a disbarred German lawyer who promoted COVID-19 conspiracy theories, claiming the pandemic was a ‘planned staged pandemic’ and a ‘PCR test pandemic’ engineered by global elites. He advocated against vaccinations, labelling them dangerous, and championed the idea of ‘Nuremberg 2’ trials against global health officials.”
This is a distorted and false portrayal presented as fact. Contrary to the claim, Dr. Fuellmich was never disbarred in the United States, and his conclusions are not conspiracy theories but thoroughly documented research which his critics have never challenged scientifically. He did not oppose all vaccinations, merely highlighted the hazards of certain unproven gene-altering substances introduced by companies such as Pfizer and falsely marketed as vaccines. Trusting the judicial system, Dr. Fuellmich submitted his Committee’s evidence to courts in several Western nations, only to quickly discover these institutions were largely unwilling to consider his well-founded and compelling arguments. This reveals, unmistakably, that the judiciary is as compromised and controlled by private financial interests as the political elites it serves.
Dr. Reiner Fuellmich is a quintessential dissident and is disgracefully imprisoned in a nation that falsely proclaims itself a democracy and a Rechtsstaat. He endures severely cruel conditions, which seem personally tailored to punish him for what George Orwell described in his landmark novel as a thoughtcrime. As the protagonist Winston Smith wrote: “Thoughtcrime does not entail death: thoughtcrime is death.”
Neither Amnesty International nor any other Western organizations established to uphold human rights have expressed concern for Dr. Fuellmich’s plight. Instead, Amnesty has focused energetically on the crisis facing the Pacific island of Tuvalu, where rising sea levels threaten to submerge its people. While undeniably a worthy cause and politically safe, this attention contrasts sharply with Amnesty’s neglect of deliberate governmental oppression, which is supposed to be its mission.
Nevertheless, we are willing to address areas where self-styled human rights bodies evidently shy away. Dr. Reiner Fuellmich is a prisoner of conscience decaying in a German dungeon, in a European setting that purports to uphold human rights and the freedom to speak truth to power without fear of retaliation.
That is why keeping his case visible is essential.
